This concept has several different sections that can influence your behavior. "You" may want to change the influence of a part of your mind. For example, a part of your mind that is keen on getting enough calories and nutrients may boost your fat intake, but another part of the body recognizes that over time it is possible to eat too much. Destroy your health and body image. 1] To control your ideas by using the behavior management you want to change is the key. There are several tricks you can use to change your mind and ultimately your attitude.


1. Avoid rumination
You might think yourself thinking about negative things, even when you really do not. There are several tricks you can use to control your thoughts and stop the spread:
Think about the worst scenario. Even though it appears to be less effective, it seems to bring more widespread when you think about the worst scenario and then think about whether you can address it. You will likely find that you can imagine yourself by solving the situation and this can help ease your worries.
Schedule your own worries. By taking time to think about your problems, you can be confident that it will take care of it (perhaps) that is needed. This can help you stop thinking too much about your problem when you do not want it.
Go for a walk. Going out may cause your mind to be uncomfortable due to exercise directly or because you will receive new information (smell sounds) that can help your mind move on to something else that is not to be disturbing. .

2. Believe in yourself and you can change. 
If you do not believe you can change, you will not try as hard as you believe in success. So be sure to use positive thoughts to deal with your problems. Try to remember that you can change the way you think you can improve.
Studies have shown that individuals who focus on this "progressive" mindset tend to be better off than those who look at their traits and their skills are constant and unchangeable.

3.Be optimistic about your abilities. 
You may think that the accuracy of your ability to govern yourself is the key. However, the study shows that being overly optimistic about your ability to manage your behavior can help you become more self-sufficient.

  • To be optimistic, try to tell yourself that you will be successful and control your mind over and over again, even if you do not believe in it now.
  • Try also to remind yourself about when you manage your ideas successfully as planned. Just think of these successes and not the failure of self-control that you may have.
